15 Borderline Genius Ways To Reuse Products That You Bought And Were Not Right For You!
Hello Girls,
We, women, waste a lot of money ever year buying products that turned out to be terrible, not what we needed, not right, or a product that we probably didn't need in the first place. The first thing women think of is that, " if I don't need this, I toss it away."
Well, I personally hate waste. I hate throwing fully loaded bottles of new products that just reminds me of how irresponsible I am and that I need to re-think my shopping habits. To ease that pain away and to make me feel a little better about myself, I always find new ways to re-use the wrong products I bought in the right ways. It is an instant gratification method that tells me that the money I spent wasn't really a waste after all.
Here are 15 ways that will help you think twice before you reach your nearest bin and part with your brand new product:
1) Shampoo and Conditioner:
Did you recently buy a shampoo that leaves your hair greasy, that doesn't lather, that makes your hair dull? Wait, do not throw it.
Use it to clean your dirty makeup brushes.
Put it in a fancy bottle and make it a hand wash for your guest bathroom.
Keep it on your personal sink and use it to wash your sink every morning for more hygiene.
2) A hair spray that damages your hair strands. Use it to dry your nail polish faster.
3) A deodorant that makes you sweat even more or makes your under arms darker, use it as a foot refresher spray at the end of a long day.
6) A nail polish colour that looks ugly on your skin tone; use it as a base coat for any dark colour.
9) A lipstick that you thought would look great on you but failed you; mix it with another colour and get a totally different shade out of it.
14) Shimmery light eyeshadows that are not fashionable any more; crush them, add alcohol to them and turn it into a great cheek highlighter.

5) A body splash that does not suit you any more; use it as a laundry spray. After you fold your clean laundry, spray it with this body splash before you put it in your wardrobe.
7) A pink eyeshadow that you will never wear; mix it with vaseline and turn it into a lip balm.
8) A bronzer that turned out to be too dark on you: use it as a brown eyeshadow.
10) A foundation that is not suitable for your complexion; add red food colouring to it and turn it into pink colour corrector. Pink colour correctors are applied under foundation to hide brown spots, pigmentation and freckles.
11) A blush that is way too pink or red; dab your finger with the colour and stain your lips with it for a natural look.
12) If you have loose glitter and you have no clue how to use it, add it to a bottle of transparent nail polish and create your own sparkly nails.
13) A black or brown mascara that bothers your eyes; use it to cover your roots.
