11 Borderline Genius Uses for Shower Caps. You will be surprised!

Most of you will underestimate the amount of usefulness that something as simple and as cheap as shower caps can offer. I love shower caps because they are extremely versatile and practical. Not to mention, accessible and affordable too.

1) The usual one which is to prevent your hair from getting wet while you are showering. Like seriously, who doesn't know that?

2) Do an oil treatment to your hair and sleep overnight with a shower cap to help the heat coming out of your scalp open your pores and as a result provide better penetration to your hair follicles.

3) Use it in the shower after applying your hair mask and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Shower caps tend to heat up the scalp and make hair masks work more efficiently. Use the time to do other things like scrubbing or shaving.

4) Put your shoes in them while you are travelling to prevent them from ruining your clothes.

5) Cover your plates to prevent them from getting cold and to prevent any flies from passing over.

6) Use it while your cooking to prevent your hair from smelling bad after cooking and to prevent hair from falling in the dishes.
