Best Black and Colored Pencil Eyeliners you will ever come across...

Here is a list of the best and smoothest black and coloured eyeliner pencils on the market.
1) Bourjois Waterproof Contour Clubbing:
Those are by far the most amazing colours I have seen in my life. The textures are so smooth, the colours are extremely pigmented and adds a great deal of drama to the eyes. To add the cherry on top, they are very reasonably priced and are unbelievably long lasting.
They come in many shades like: Blue Neon, Blue Cliquant, Crazy About Brown, Green, Silver and Plum. Find them in: Samir William, Boots, CenterPoint and Max(Dubai).
2) Maybelline Master Drama By EyeStudio:
Those pencils are amazing too. I love how from the first glide they give you the highest concentration of colour with a very soft texture.
They are long-lasting and adds a lot of glow to the pupil of the eyes.
Find them in: Faces, Boots, Centerpoint.
3) Rimmel Black Pencil Exaggerate:
I love this Black pencil solo much for how black it really is. It gives you this deep arabian black colour and doesn't move all day. Thats the only one I use from Rimmel.
Find them in: Boots, Centerpoint, Max(Dubai) and Faces.
4) Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on pencils:
These pencils are very very good. They are a bit more pricey than the ones by Maybelline and Bourjois but they are also amazing. They give you a much wider range of colours with very smooth textures, long-lasting effects and dramatic looks. Find them in Sephora.
